• Explicit, adult, or NSFW content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Malicious files or content designed to harm
• Personal information or private data
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Spam or deliberately misleading content

3. Content Removal

soundboard.gg reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate for our platform. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

4. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your content has been uploaded without permission, please see our DMCA Policy.

5. Content Usage

By uploading content to soundboard.gg, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

6. Content Limits

To ensure fair usage of our platform:

• Sound files must be under 10MB in size
• Custom emoji uploads are limited to 5 per week for free accounts
• Sound duration must not exceed 15 seconds
• Users may upload up to 50 sounds per day

7. Content Quality

We strive to maintain high-quality content. Sounds should be:

• Clear and audible
• Properly tagged and categorized
• Appropriately named without misleading titles
• Free of excessive noise or distortion

8. Reporting Content

If you find content that violates these terms, please report it using the report button or contact us through our Discord server.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of soundboard.gg after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
